The owner is super rude and unprofessional. She made booking with her and giving her my business such a hassle. A very combative woman. For my daughters party the refrigerator provided to keep the cake in and drink cool was covered inside with dirt, dead bugs, and hay. In the follow up call I mentioned this to her and she went on to tell me that she does not and would not have cleaned out the fridge prior to our party, and went on to tell me she wished I wouldn't have cleaned it!
To be honest about the party experience-It was fine- the staff was not engaged or friendly- there are 3/4 trailers on the property with cars on them and a middle aged man (assumingly) lives in one of the trailers kept coming out to watch the party/kids with his small dog. The bouncy houses were fifthly, but it seems the owner Jamie have a problem with keeping things clean and professional. The 'face art' is tattoos applied with a wet paper towel, there is no carriage ride as advertised in photos, and they were late bringing out the ponies to ride and early to put them away.
Cool concept, poor execution. The owner is not business minded and loves to argue with customers....
Read moreOther reviews said "working horse farm" implying that it probably smells like a farm and looks like a farm but I was horrified at the lack of maintenance on this property. Right out of the car there was a dead refrigerator and other inappropriate debris surrounding the parking lot. The tents that they provided were filthy, green mildew running down all the windows, dead Christmas lights half hanging, dead blackberry vines intruding through the sides. It truly looking abandoned. The bounce houses were unsafe as the safety nets all had holes or were torn, they desperately needed a good power wash, or better yet to be tossed out and replaced. The knife that was provided for cake came from a random shelf and was clearly dirty as the host of the venue turned her back to me while she cleaned it with a wet wipe. The containers that held the utensils (again provided by the venue) had dead bugs and dirt in the bottom. The stereo to play music is an old busted up karaoke machine hidden on the side if the bounce house that you literately have to crawl over stuff to get to. There was no one there to greet us when we arrived, the heaters were not turned on, and the hot water that was supposed to be provided wasn't until requested. I literally cried after I put my daughter to bed that night. I paid an exuberant amount considering what was...
Read moreMy daughter celebrated her 7th birthday there. It lived up to all her excitement. Our party included 19 kids ages 4 to 7. Booking online was easy. We got a phone confirmation 4 days before the party. Two large tent areas for eating and for the 2 bouncy houses were well set up and shaded on our sunny day. They were set up over a nice clean artificial grass. The attendent was there the whole time and very nice and helpful. We were able to set our food up 30 min beforehand. Otherwise not much else to set up because the place already has everything else set up just as advertised. The party area as well as bouncy houses were clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pony rides and bouncy houses. We had the fire ring and kids enjoyed roasting marshmallows. There was also a good speaker we could bluetooth some music to from our phone. I particularly loved the privacy of the party, since it is only one party at a time. Parking was easy for the 13 cars that came. Easy to drive in and out of. It was such a memorable day for the...
