This place is a hidden gem! The ambiance is cozy as befitting its location, and the food is great. The wine selection is solid, as well. Carson Peak Inn does have some quirks that add to its charm. For example, there's a basket of croutons just sitting on the table that just invites you to start noshing. However, the bowl of chopped scallions right next to it is slightly odd.
