The meat and customer service here is top notch! They have a variety of meats (lamb, beef, chicken) and several types of cuts. I got the lamb shoulder which they graciously cut up for me. He took the time to ask what I was making and cut it accordingly so I could keep the bone that would add flavor and removed the bone that wouldn’t.
