The Retail Sales Associates at the UPS Store of Manalapan are great. They are pleasant, kind, professional, competent, and a pleasure to deal with.
The problem I have with this store is policy. For well over a year, I have had important ice-packed medication shipped and delivered to this store with no problems. Then I received a telephone call stating that a regularly scheduled delivery is being denied because it is against the store policy to receive medication. So the store has been in violation of its own policies for quite some time.
I asked the representative to please just accept this delivery since they have been accepting them all along. I assured him that I would straighten this out with the shipper and adjust future shipments accordingly. He refused.

Regardless, this is a great place to go for all your...

Couple things. First, I am a Notary. I just can't notarize my own signature. Having a signature notarized takes maybe 2 minutes. You check the person's ID with a signature on it, they sign in front of you, you verify the signatures, you stamp it and endorse it. That's it. Second, there's nobody in line behind me. Third, I'm going to pay for 3 separate services. If I was going to just have the copy made and send it out, no problem? But adding the notary kills the whole deal? So much for...
