I went to finally pick up my bracelet that was out for 3 months for repair. I assumed the owners would be very apologetic about how incredibly long it took to repair. Instead, I got lectured on how businesses work by both Barbara and Michelle and how it wasn't their fault that it took so long. (Interesting how the bracelet magically came back only after my husband wrote the first review.) They proceded to explain to me how nothing was their fault and I told them I did not need to be lectured. Then the other sister chimed in with her speech. I have never been treated so poorly. I honestly thought they would apologize for my bad experience, and I would have left at least a review saying that. Instead, all that happened was that I was spoken to like a child that doesn't understand business. Ladies, I do understand. I understand that a customer should never be so upset leaving your store that she is shaking. I understand that repairs take a while but a credit could have been offered. I understand that you SAY you are so good at customer service, which is the biggest joke of all. You are HORRIBLE at customer service and you treated me so unbelievably poor. Needless to say, I would never shop here, and I will make sure that everyone I know hears about this. And not because the bracelet took a while, but because you did not know how to treat me when I came in to pick it up... P.S. 6 hours...

Best shopping experience I've ever had! Michelle and her sister are a delight. I went to their store recently to buy some gifts for my parents. I'm normally a gift card person, but I wanted to do something different this year and I had no idea what to buy for them. Michelle had so many great ideas and one of a kind pieces in her store. She took her time with me and was beyond patient and helpful. They even gift wrapped everything beautifully for free!
