This store has too many employees that sit around and look at their cell phones without helping anyone. On my visit, I had to go to the customer service desk to ask for help. It took 20 minutes to get someone to assist. I purchased a stove from them, and upon delivery they delivered a stove with damage. I opted to send it back and upon my next delivery, the same persons delivered the stove. This time they were belligerent and would not install the new stove leaving the same on the side of the house. Subjects left and dropped all the trash from the box and the box in my yard. I called the main office in Cidra, and was told that because of COVID they would not install the stove. Compré una estufa el sábado de la semana pasada. Me dijeron que la entregarían el jueves de esta semana (sin hora específica). Solo me dijeron: "Tienes que estar pendiente. Puede llegar a cualquier hora hasta las 8:00pm." Ese jueves fue ayer, pero nunca llegaron ni me llamaron.

Hoy llamo poco antes del mediodía para verificar que todo esté en orden. Me contesta una tal __ (decidí no incluir su nombre) y me dice que me llamará luego para confirmar si mi orden llegará 'hoy', viernes. Esperé 30 minutos y decidí llamar nuevamente porque tenía cosas por hacer y tenía un poco de prisa. Estuve toda la tarde llamando a diferentes horas (aproximadamente un total de 22 llamadas) y NUNCA contestaron mi llamada.

A las 5:30pm me llama un empleado para pedir mi dirección, porque "iba a entregar la estufa". Pasaron casi dos horas, así que lo llamé hace 5 minutos y me dijo que "ahora venía a traerla". Ya son casi las 7:30pm y llevo esperando en mi casa desde ayer a las 8:00am. ¿Cuánto más tiempo desea robarme esta gente? Queda advertido: no compre aquí si no está dispuesto a quedar completamente decepcionado del servicio. Pésimo.

Anejo: Llegaron a entregarme la estufa a las 9:00pm. Me dijeron que no montarían el equipo porque ya era tarde. Solo dejarían la estufa en mi casa; como si fuera mi culpa que llegaran...
