Seeing the Minecraft movie. Spent $35 on their snacks and sodas. Entering the movie. Just to have loud mouth kids over yell the movie the entire time. Couldn’t even hear the movie. Asked the volunteer at what point do you tell them they are ruining others experience and got a “as long as they aren’t throwing anything”. This was a treat for our family of 6. My 4 children under the age of 11 sat better than these teenagers. For nothing to be done is ridiculous. Got multiple messages that people were leaving early. Because these kids were throwing popcorn. Was told they could at that point and even then she didn’t do anything!!
I asked her at what point do they hold these kids people accountable. She basically acted annoyed that I kept coming out to complain. GET THE HINT AND HANDLE IT. You should owe us reimbursement for being...

People so loud you heard MAYBE a quarter of the movie. You ask staff to help because no one can hear in your group. “ we can’t do anything about it” everyone left with headaches- children were upset they couldn’t hear anything. Bonus on top seats are outdated. We will never go back. I’d suggest the Elkader cinema if you would like to actually enjoy a movie. Waste of a night that we had family drive over an hour to come...
