Fiesta Cancun — Restaurant in Manchester

We picked this restaurant because of it’s good reviews. We must be living in a different reality. We sat out back on the patio. The first red flag was that the tables were not cleared or cleaned off. It took 20 minutes for our waiter to come get a drink order and he demanded that we put in our food order at that moment. When I asked for extra waters, I was completely ignored. Drinks and food were brought out and then we never saw our waiter again. The food we dry, small portions for the price and there was plastic in the rice in my meal. You must have to ask for your bill up front, they won’t tell you that so you will wait around all night if you don’t find your waiter and ask for your check. So disappointing as we spent nearly $100 for our dinner and got dry mediocre food and absolutely zero customer service. We also witnessed a dad with little kids, leave because of the lack of service. We understand that in these times, the waiting staff has minimal help available, but lessen your table load if you can’t provide service to your guests. We will never be back. Some of the absolute worst Mexican food I have ever had. They have no idea how to properly cook steak or even chicken. The meat is tough and not properly seasoned. The guac is completely void of lime juice and the tortilla chips were entirely overcooked. The only thing they did fine was the salsa. If you enjoyed Rio Blanco before this sham of a restaurant popped up, this is not going to be pleasant for you. Get drunk enough to make this abomination acceptable for your palette.

P.s. You have to actually drain the chicken before you put it on a quesadilla. The entire bottom portion of the tortilla was sopping wet and no longer resembled what it once was. I mean, if you can't even make a quesadilla, what are we doing even entertaining the thought of eating at your...

It sucked we walked in found a seat and asked for are drink we got it asked for are food got it after sitting there for an hour and when we got the chips they were burnt and tasted horrible we asked for a new one we got it but then those were burnt to do we asked for another one and they were the same then finally we walked up to them and said there still burnt he said sorry there is no more how do you run out of chips then when I got my food the Fry's I got were soggy and the caseadie I got was chunky and then we asked for more drinks four times and know one gave it to us and this whole time the workers were running around like people with the heads cut off and then we finally just decide to leave after paying obviously are family well never go...
