The guy who sold the couch to us was amazing but the to workers who brought it acted like it wouldn't fit and was trying to measure over and over and kept saying it won't fit and it got to the point they took two of the four legs off. And then measured and said oh it isn't gonna fit. So we told them ya know what if you can't even do your job properly then you shouldn't be hauling furniture around. It was clear, it needed to be folded on its side and then have the arm curve slightly to get one armrest in then it just came straight in and had to curve it a bit at the end. Literally a kid could of figured it out. We will be making a formal complaint to get our money back for the delivery and installation fee since they couldn't themselves they just sat there staring at it and saying huh and that it won't fit even if we took the door off witch we didn't have to. It literally just took a angle and then straight in, like every other couch . Hope they drive back by and see we got it n it's very clear they didn't even thonk or listen to it they stood it up on its side like it go in just standing from arm on its side so it's standing higher then it even needs to be it just a waste to even pay to have them think there helping I used to haul beds around so ik some jobs are hard to do but they gave up in under five minutes. Bought a couch, the manager presented well at first. While trying to check out, ran into some payment issues. Nothing on our end, just a hiccup with one of the machines. Manager got a pretty sour attitude. Things happen, people get upset… but the couch we received wasn’t worth the value purchased at. Noticed there were multiples of the exact couch we purchased in the shop. Of course they gave us the dirty, previously used one. Came here today to buy a couch. The selection was pretty good for being a discounted store. The manager was nice and had good advice to give. I'd say if you're not looking for something super specific this is a great place to get quality furniture...
