Ordered black frame mount running boards for my 2011 Silverado crew cab. During installation I receive a call that the middle cab mount bolt is spinning and it will cost $300.00 to $400.00 to fix the bolt. I had to change my order to rocker mount boards and made an appointment to have the cab mount bolt fixed in two weeks, 07/14/20. I picked up the truck and when I get home I noticed that the driver side middle support bracket had a silver 1/4" hex head screw with a large flat washer shining at me instead of the 8 mm black bolt system that was suppose to be there. I went right back to the business and was greeted by a young staff member who asked if I had been helped. I said come with me and explain about this self tapping screw in my running board. He looked and asked if I had the work done there and I explained that I just paid the bill to him in full less than a hour ago. He went back in and got another young man that explained that he had broken off a thread tap in the mount hole and and put the self tapping screw and washer next to the hole. I asked why he did not paint it black and his reply was he had no black paint. I explained this was unsatisfactory craftsmanship and I want the right bolt in the bracket. We made a appointment for the bolt to be fixed. They suggested drilling a new hole. I went back home spent an hour on the ground in the heat and removed the broken tap out of the factory hole by using a #4 finish nail set and patients. The next day I stopped by the business with my sandwich bag containing a broken tap, 1/4 drive self tapping 1" screw and large shiny washer and was greeted by the owner. I explained about the parts in the bag and he asked how I removed the broken tap. I asked for the original black bolt and he went and found it and asked if he could thread tap the hole and install the bolt. I said I do not have the truck here and I have already tapped the hole and will install the bolt my self. The owner apologized for the craftsmanship. Read moreExcellent costumer service. The staff took the time to answer all of the questions my son and I asked and trust me we asked a lot of them. We are upgrading my sons stereo and speakers in his jeep. The staff let us turn the systems up as loud as we wanted so that christian was able to make a good discussion on quality speakers that will last. We took our time and looked over the selection they had . We were never rushed or badgered in to purchasing anything we didn’t want. They went the extra mile in my opinion. Absolutely no up selling. Which was nice. They didn’t treat him like he was just a kid they treated him like a legitimate customer. was very nice. The staff was extremely knowledgeable not only on the process but the equipment they sold as well. We will purchase our products from them for all of our vehicles I will not go anywhere else. We have 5 jeeps in the family so far. And plan’s for three of them. The pricing was very reasonable and the quality of their products is through the roof excellent. Thank you ....
