I recently contracted Spycom Tech to assist with the installation of a new smart-home thermostat. From my first contact to the last, their entire staff was a delight to work with! I primarily worked with Andrea throughout our transaction and it's abundantly clear she's the perfect person for that position. Her friendly demeanor and warm personality made me feel as though all of my questions and concerns were important to her. Never once was I made to feel that I was a burden on their staff or their time. My particular project had a few unorthodox constraints but the folks at Spycom didn't even bat an eye at them.

Beyond the pleasure of working with Andrea, their technician's quality of work and professionalism was exemplary. I had a special request that they text me when they were close to my home so I could bring out my dog to meet them rather than have him bark and jump all over when they rang the door bell. This request was honored and it saved me a lot of headaches. The technicians were immediately respectful of my home and took it upon themselves to remove their shoes upon entering without me asking them to do so. I was genuinely surprised by this as no other service person who's entered my home had the consideration to do so. Even after I told them they didn't need to do that, they continued to do so every time they came back in the house. The technicians were very friendly and did a fantastic job with the device install. Everything was flush with the wall, square all around, and couldn't have been completed in a better way.

From The president to the techs this company is extremely professional and knowledgeable. They had the exact solutions I needed for my mother to be able to live independently in her home. They made it very simple to understand and not have to have an advanced degree to work. The only issue I had was the trip charges. If I’m spending a significant amount of money on the tech and your expertise I would think there can be some acknowledgement that a trip charge every time a truck rolls would be absorbed as overhead.
