After spending the afternoon looking for a place to get my haircut I found this store. The reviews were good many even mentioning “professionalism” so I thought I would give it a shot. I booked an appointment online and a little while later got an email confirmation on it. When I arrived I was immediately told I needed an appointment and told them I had one. He asked if I made the appointment online and I said yes and he simply said “nope”. Then after an awkward silence he said “you need to call”. So after a 20 minute drive there I left without a haircut and frankly one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had. Nothing on the website that I’ve found tells you that you have to call. Had the same experience as many others here. The person answering the phone was rude and disrespectful to my wife when she called to make an appointment... There's a much more civilized and courteous way to tell people you only take appointments online than "na I ain't doin that, you gotta book it online" or that you don't cut children's hair than "I ain't finna cut kids hair here." But that's ok because I wouldn't let a person with that vibe be near my children, let alone put their hands anywhere near them.
