Turn into the first entrance and pull directly on the scale to weigh in with your pickup or delivery info. Scalemaster will direct you to a dock or to the staging area out front. Loader will come and get you when he or she is ready for you. Once docked, remove red airlins and chock wheels and slide tandems. Loaded will greenlight you when done. Scale back out and your done. Lady at the office is nice and communicates clearly. Not many places to park. 7 eleven beside the club at intersection. No other food for next...

Horrible experience!!!! This place is a disaster, I already have it on my Austin blacklist, I'm not going back to this place, a scale is damaged, they are repairing the floor in many areas of this place, you must return and go to another scale... They leave the concrete debris on the floor in the middle of the road, leaving you with no space to maneuver. Keep in mind that here you can damage a trailer tire or even have an accident because they do not have any type of security!

I'm sorry I know they are working on improving the place but this is not the way to handle a repair in an area with so many semi trucks and people...

There set up is awesome after you get it 😂. Drivers, always scale first ....turn into the first drive where scales are get on scale and to your left is a little metal speaker box. They will ask for pick up # and then trailer # and then you make 3 right turns back out of the facility to the front of the facility where you'll wait for someone to direct you to your next move!
