Train Quest LLC — Local services in Manor

I've rented moonwalks/bouncehouses/waterslides/combos for the past 5 years for my kids birthday parties and never have I ever had one fly away with kids inside of it. Not sure what the issue was but regardless it happened and a couple kids got bruises and hurt their back/sides. My husband tried to set the moonwalk back up and again it did the same thing luckily we hadn't let any of the kids get in yet. We noticed the stacks to hold it down did not look like others that have been used in the past when we've rented elsewhere I think the issue was they weren't the best stacks to hold this thing out where we had it since were out in an open field (country like). We gave up on trying to keep it from flying away we didn't have rope or anything to tie it down to a pole or a vehicle so my son was not able to enjoy it for his bday party w/his cousins and friends we didn't even get offered a refund considering we did not use it but for maybe 10 min so yea almost 100 bucks just down the drain. Next time I will make sure to check early enough with who I regularly go with to reserve something so I wont be stuck having to look elsewhere. The lady who rented it out was really nice and I will give them that but considering the unit was not used at all I would have appreciated a refund back or at least someone to come out and help us out with it which is what I've always been offered from where I usually rent these out...

We cannot recommend this company AT ALL. We rented an inflatable water slide for our son's bday and it was in shoddy condition. It was VERY worn. For the price, I definitely expected nicer. That wasn't even the problem. Upon pick up the workers backed in to our motor home causing $7k in damage to it and breaking out the back window of their van. They did not bother to inform me. I heard the collision, went outside only to see them driving off. I messaged Phyllis and put her in contact with my husband. In their first conversation Phyllis stated she was not insured. She then tried to get my husband to go along with an insurance scam where she quickly renewed her expired coverage then tried to claim this accident as having happened the day after renewing it. Obviously her insurance denied it- not their first rodeo. When my husband got our insurance involved, Phyllis told them we have no proof her company did it. She's dishonest. She's uninsured. She didn't even credit us the inflatable after this mess. I'm disgusted with her work ethic. I'd use extreme caution with this company- when I was reserving the inflatable she was on her way to deal with a bouncy house that had become untethered from the ground on a gusty day. Think if kids had been in it and she is uninsured! Nope. You'd be a fool and definitely don't pay in cash. I've reported Phyllis & the Train Quest to the BBB....

This will be our third year repeating business with Phyliss and the train quest! Every experience has been exceptional and surpassed our expectations. We live a little further out of Austin in Bastrop and the train quest has always delivered and let us use the rentals for a longer period of time without charging! The delivery guys have always been knowledgeable and set us up and explain everything very carefully! Phyliss has a passion for the best of the best when it comes to her rentals and has a great energy about her! I will always use the train quest for any party or event and I always look forward to their new arrivals! Also if I may suggest... the wild rapids water slide is incredible!! It’s super fast with the inner tube but is fun either way! The kids had a blast, adults had a blast! Looking forward to renting for our Fourth of July/ stranger things party! Thanks...
