THIS STARTS OFF LIKE THERE WAS ISSUES (WHICH THERE WERE, BUT DONT LET THAT FOOL YOU!) We ran into a few issues when repairing two of my phones, and even though there was a short standstill because of faulty parts, the owner and his employee were absolutely amazing. Even with a short timeframe that I gave them, and the troubles we all were stumped with..... the outcome was very good! The owner kept me up to date through the entire process even when he worked hours past his closing time just to make sure that satisfaction was guaranteed! The next day we were still having trouble with the 2nd phone, and he made sure that it was TOP priority!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE LEVEL HEADED AND READY TO ROLL! EVEN WHEN THEY RUN INTO SOMETHING THATS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE, THEY FIGHT TOOTH AND NAIL TO FIGURE IT OUT AND MAKE SURE ITS RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!WOULD COMPLETLY RECCOMEND TO ANYONE WITH ANY ELECTRONIC ISSUES!!!!!!!!!!

We just went to get my phone repaired today. We tried to change the battery on our own, but failed. We took it to another repair shop and I was told it was hopeless...she told us to put the phone in sand to dispose of it, fearing it was ready to explode! I wasn't giving up that easy, though! 😬 When I went to buy another phone, the salesperson there suggested taking it to Ron, at TripleD iRepair. I sure am thankful for that recommendation! Ron knew just what it needed! After replacing the battery, the phone still wouldn't turn on. He knew what the problem might be and was able to get my phone turned on again ..no extra charge!
