WM - Austin Community Landfill — Local services in Manor

Been using them for years at multiple houses. What a really poor customer experience I had this week.

Last week they Missed pickup on our trash (Wednesday) and I called on Thursday and was told it would be picked up in 24 hours. Late Friday it’s still here, I called again and they are closed for weekend. I assume it will get picked up over weekend so leave it out, nope. Monday morning I called again (it’s been 4 days since I was told 24 hours mind you) and talk to supervisor, she tells me it was scheduled by dispatch for Tuesday and she’s not sure why that is but does see where previous agent requested 24 hour pickup. She promises me she’ll take ownership and ensure it gets picked up Monday the same day or at least call me back. Again no one comes and no call back (wasn’t surprised at this point). I call again Tuesday morning, again I talk to another supervisor. She assures it will be be picked up today since that’s the day dispatch originally had. Anyone want to guess what happened? A full trash can is still outside my house. Welp regular pick up day is tomorrow and it’s been full week. Meanwhile my HOA is sending me warnings etc. unbelievable service. It’s not even about the money but the least they could do is offer partial refund just out of principle. But at my company if we set expectations, we get it done or at least Communicate with customer on what we will do to...

I live in an apartment complex in Austin tx. Every Saturday morning at 7:30am their drivers SLAM that garbage bin like they HATE their job and everyone else. Of course you aren’t allowed to give them feedback or contact them about this. OFCOURSE, how convenient FOR you. Well luckily there are other ways to leave reviews about this company. Have NO respect for others. I will be filing formal complaints everywhere possible they have an account. You have no right to do that. I will find owners and executive staff and SLAM and make noise at 7:30 at y’all’s place and see how yall like it. Executives, owners, and management please don’t act like your information is not readily available on the internet. I will find you and I will drive by honk my horn and create all sorts of noise around your place at 7:30 AM on Saturday!!!! Get it together...

It's hard to have a good time going to the dump but its the office that always give me hell.. the older lady really likes to give me a tough time every single time I go I am not doing this review for just one time I went I've gone several times on occasion and she always treats me like shes having a really bad day.. she always has this snicker on her face and she is really rude...

I wish I could just go pay throw my trash away and leave but this particular woman always makes going a task... By the way the other Hispanic woman is very stern but in no way rude like the other older lady

Well next week is coming up and I have to yet again throw some garbage no telling what this lady will come up with this time I'm really disappointed because there service is above par in the yard.. I don't review much so that should say...
