TERRIBLE customer service and service techs. The quality of the furniture was so poor we had breakdown after 7 months. The service tech came out and told us that they would have some extra stuffing and replacement pillows sent to the home. We were to call once it arrives for them to come back and service the furniture. 8-10 weeks pass and no shipment arrived. Return call to Lazy Boy and now they say our warranty is expired. The service tech said there was no issue with the furniture. After waiting 3 more weeks for a return call from the "manager" they sent out another tech 2+ months later who said the same thing and said we would get a call from customer service. Another month passes and no word. Return call to customer service and they told us that because there are different reports from two different techs that they are going to investigate further. Requested to speak to a manager and they said we still have to wait another 3 weeks before we can talk to a manager. Not to mention every single time you call customer service you are on hold for a minimum of 45 minutes. Our last call took 97 minutes before we talked to aomeone. Like we don't have other things to do then wait on hold for s* customer service for a s* product. The brand name lazy boy is trash and Ashley Furniture makes better quality products. Then after having them at home for about 6 weeks they kept banging and clanging, when getting ahold of store they said I probably didn’t notice in store because the chairs were on carpet ? They sent someone out a couple of weeks later and said that is normal for those chairs . While asking about the Lazy Boy 100 guarantee to return and buy some electric ones he said they don’t do that !! The guy who was here said the chairs looked brand new. When I told the Owner of the store I would contact Lazy Boy direct he said go ahead and, they will just have you contact me. Their customer service is terrible at best.
