NOT HAPPY WITH GRAHAMS. After much researching for a new vehicle, I decided on a new RAV4 XLE last Nov. Had a wonderful salesman, James Avila who worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted. I drove out of the parking lot, when I turned, I heard an unusual cranking sound up in my right front end. I drove home and the RAV was pulling to the right. I took it in a number of times and they couldnāt find anything wrong. I am not uneducated in cars. I know when something is wrong and not normal. I got the run around for a year. I finally went above the service manager bc I was not accepting this anymore. He called me right away and they wanted me to bring it in. After almost a week, still couldnāt find the problem, however Issac,(service manager) put his phone up in the area of this noise and found a bolt was not āseatedā correctly. Said it wasnāt visible to the technicians. I appreciate his effort and they managed to finally acknowledge there was a problem and they fixed the horrible sound after almost a year! Now on to the vehicle pulling to the right. They checked the alignment I believe for the 3rd time, only bc I said Iām not dealing with this any longer. Issac said the alignment was fine but the steering wheel was out of alignment a little bit, saying that was probably the issue. Mind you, been dealing with this for a year!! He was going to drive it to make sure it was ok. Well I picked it up after they were closed, drove it home last night and guess what. . Itās still pulling to the right! I called first thing this morning to talk to Issac, left a message but of course didnāt get a call back. This is my first Toyota and Iām sad to say, Iām not one bit happy with it. Iām not going away, this is a Toyota problem that needs fixed. It obviously is beyond the service dept. at Grahams. I need direct contact with Toyota. Iām very disappointed, however I will say Issac tried and has always been nice to me. Graham needs to be reported. This is unacceptable! All my complaints should all be documented. If not, Thad did not do his job but I made sure to say, please note this in my file. I just want my Rav4 fixed or replaced or a refund. Hope you all will take note of this experience. Itās been awful and Iām...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am honestly extremely disappointed with my experience with Toyota. My husband has dealt with Toyota for a few years and has not had many issues. Due to his experience, I chose to trade my Nissan for a Toyota. I purchased my Toyota two weeks ago on Tuesday and have had nothing but issues when dealing with this business. Upon test driving our RAV4 we were told by the man selling that the grinding sound when breaking would go away after a few days of driving the car. The fluids were not even close to being full on the car. The inside and the outside of the car was not clean. There were old rings in the cup holders, spots on the steering wheel and smudges on the back seats. We were told upon purchasing that we would do a better job of cleaning than the men employed by Toyota would do cleaning the car, so we might as well do it ourselves. We were told to return the two days later on Thursday so the car would be washed on the inside and the outside. On Thursday the breaks were still grinding. We returned on Thursday to have the car washed and hoped they would check out the breaks. My husband dropped the car off where the service department only washed the outside of the car and not the inside. He then reminded them to fill the fluids and they did. We were told that due to the employee who sold us the car and the manager being off that we could not be seen regarding the breaks and needed to set up an appointment at a later date. We returned a week later and dropped the car off at 12:45 for our 1:00 appointment. I was told twice during my 4 hour wait that my car would be ready in 30 minutes. I waited at Toyota for 4 hours for my breaks and rotors to be changed. I am very disappointed in the service I have received and will not be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have pretty low expectations for Graham's as a whole. My experiences buying/trying to buy cars there have been bad overall. My service experience has never been stellar. Today was the worst service I have ever had here or anywhere else. I scheduled an oil change and recall repair. Neither were completed and I was never even really apologized to. In fact, the service manager was completely passive, not even acknowledging their culpability. Instead he simply said there was a breakdown in communication. I would have taken an apology for any one part of this experience. All of it? No, but then I wasn't offered one. If they called to confirm my appointment and said, "hey, the part didn't make it in yet. Can we reschedule?" I would have been fine. If, when I dropped it off this morning, they had said the part wasn't in, but we'll do the oil change and get you right in when the part DOES get here, I would have been fine. I would have been a little mad if they had called me an hour after they dropped it off and said the part wasn't in but they did the oil change. If they gave me like $5 off my bill (10% ish), I would have been okay. But they didn't apologize or offer me ANYTHING. Instead, they had my car for five hours, did not complete the oil change or the recall repair, and they did not, in fact, tell me they didn't have the part until I called them hours after I dropped the car off. The manager didn't even come out to tell the receptionist what was going on before I got there. She had to tell me (after I was already livid) that they had not completed the oil change and tire rotation. I have finally washed my hands of Graham's. I will never step foot in...
