This gentleman was very kind hearted, very nice and he's very honest. I honestly recommend this place, I would give it 10/10. This is my story... My dad past away 14years go a month before my daughter was born I brought the blanket he wanted me to give her in yesterday because the binding was literally coming off, actually halfway around the blanket the binding was already off. But I explained I would like to have the binding all the way around the blanket replaced. I let him know how special and significant it is to my daughter.... So then I asked him should I come back in about a week? He said yes. He is a big job. Low and behold Tomy surprise he calls me the next day... Less then 24 hours and had told me he has it finished and I can come pick it up... I'm so grateful I end up bringing a cold Pepsi because of how hot it was today.. LOL he did such a wonderful job!!!!! Thank You again my daughter says Thank You for this wonderful birthday...

I wish I could give more stars. I called and spoke with Oscar. I told him I had 11 work slacks that needed to get hemmed up. I asked for a price and I was surprised because that is about 40% lower than anyone else in this area. Oscar took some measurements and made some marks And I was on my way. The very next day before noon, I got a phone call, letting me know. My pants are ready to go. I was thinking it would take roughly about a week or two which totally surprised me that it was done in less than a day. I decided to head on down to Oscars right before work to pick up my slacks. We spoke about 10 minutes and then he showed me my slacks to make sure everything was good. Oscar was so delightful to talk to him. I was so pleased that I tipped him the other 60% of what it would have cost me and he was so grateful. I will definitely bring my garments back to him for any...

I have never left a review before, but the arrogance, shortness and rudeness of the man who answered the phone today deserves this one. I’m all about helping local businesses and actually wanted to take an item in for alterations. I did the best to explain what I needed done and was met with him not really wanting to give me a direct answer and being pretty vague which is fine, I get it you need to see the item, only he didn’t say that directly. If you do not want to answer the phone, or are too busy then don’t pick it up. When I then met his energy he proceeded to hang up on me. Classic. If you can even get past a simple question on the phone, good luck dealing with them in person.
