Every time we went here, my rating fell. Today was our last stop. Some parents don't watch their children very well and I even heard another mom say, "parents need to get off their phone and watch their kids." Not a management issue, but it's frustrating when you have little kids you're trying to keep from getting run over. This place is usually PACKED too. A lot of the toys are worn our already. There is a parachute that is a hazard with a whole ripped side. My kids kept getting stuck in it. They have two bubble hockey games which one is usually broken. A lot of the blue blocks have been destroyed. I'm not sure how often they clean or disinfect. There is so much dust in the place and my 2 year old got sick the first time we were there. Parking is limited. We were really quite disappointed in this place. With the amount of people that come through, maybe having someone supervise would be a good idea. For general knowledge. There is a large playground for big kids and a smaller one for toddlers. Blue building blocks. A large jumping pillow type thing. 2 hockey bubble games. A grass field with balls, crawl tunnel and parachute. And a light peg board. Table and chairs in the lunch room part and separate party rooms. Lots of cubbies for holding personal items (which should also be wiped down especially in the winter or have wipes available to clean up water/salt). You must purchase a month membership on the 1st or pay for a pro rate month AND another month. Otherwise $10 per child per day over 12 months (unless only 1 under 12 months is present then it's $10 for them). You also must email management to cancel membership. Their website providers a lot of info as well. Wouldn't recommend this to my friends and family, but it's a good place to burn off energy on the cold...

Detailed Review: Playground Plaza is a great place to take your little ones when they need to get the wiggles out. This place is very similar to another location called InnerActive. It is a warehouse converted into an indoor playground for kids typically 2-8 years old. You will find a large inflatable air bag for kids to jump on, a large slide/playground (older kids), a small slide/playground (toddler kids), foam building blocks, an indoor soccer like field with various balls, and seating areas throughout the place. Oh, and Free WiFi for the adults!

Food/Drink: The facility offers a decent sized cafeteria area, so bring a small cooler with snacks. This area has two small TVs that allow you to pick up a sports score, but don’t expect sound. There is one small vending machine with a few drink options and a couple of snacks for the kids, but don’t expect much. It’s basically stocked with animal crackers and juice boxes. The are no microwaves on site, so plan ahead.

Birthday options: The facility offers two birthday rooms of equal size. Pizza seems to be the go to for these parties and you will see pizza delivered all day long.

Timing: The place is open from 7am - 9pm everyday. I have found that it’s usually busy from 8am - 11:30am and then gets busy again around 2pm - 6pm during the weekends. I haven’t been through the week yet.

I have taken my two kids here a few times and it was fun for them. We have gone on weekends and it is pretty busy but if you go in knowing it will be chaotic it’s not too bad. This visit was different. We went on a Friday morning at 10am. When we arrived it was calm. Apparently a St. Micheal catholic school did a field trip there that day and about 100 kids were packed into the party rooms. We had no idea they were there. My 2.5 year old daughter was bouncing on the big bouncer when the school suddenly let all of the kids out at once and about 30 older kids bombarded the bouncer. My daughter was suddenly being bounced feet into the air and flailing, crying and couldn’t get off. Parents, myself included, suddenly couldn’t let our children play on most of the equipment because there were so many kids from the school. This situation was entirely mismanaged by both the school and the management of playground plaza. I went into the office and told the man there I wanted a refund for the day. He didn’t argue and did give me a refund but did not offer up any sort of apology. Management should have closed the place to the public and called it a...

Staff-less playground means they are open 7am-9pm 365 days a year. The play area is split into 4 quadrants. 1) bounce-thing (think bouncy house but large and no walls). Very fun for kids ages 1-adult. 2) section with a small playground (ages 2-5) 3) area with astroturf for more running around 4) area with a big kid playground All of the areas felt very safe (padded or soft floors, good lighting etc). The daily price is a bit more than some places, but the monthly pass pays off just a bit after 4 visits. Ordering online and getting a code to enter the building is a breeze. Some parts were weathered or needed some TLC for paint or holes where a kid rammed a truck into it, but other than those cosmetic issues it seemed pretty good. It's inside of a warehouse so it feels kind of warehouse-y, but that doesn't detract from how your kid is playing and enjoying themselves. It could use more of the cars that kids sit in and move around in. It could use a more dedicated toddler area. The "cafeteria" is the area where you can have food. They don't sell food (other than a vending machine). Hard to find since there isn't a sign on the building.
