Salesman was nice and helpful we found multiple couches we liked In Sioux Falls that day but this one was the least expensive with the quickest shipping time, 2 weeks. So we decided to go with Ashley. After making the purchase and waiting they let us know 2 of our pieces were backordered and would be another 2 to 4 weeks out. We picked up the 2 pieces that came in on time...got home and unpacked them to find that one of the sections was crushed. We called immediately and they ensured us they would replace it and give us free delivery as a courtesy along with free delivery for the late sections. That was nice of them. All of the pieces arrived today but they sent the wrong section to replace the broken one so we have everything finally... except we still have a broken section... you can see it looks nice in the picture, the broken section is at least in the corner so its hard to tell but... its been alot...and honestly I'm tired and had wished we paid more to get a better couch from a different store that wouldn't have been broken and late but hopefully Ashley will straighten it all out and be better in the future. Started this whole thing on black friday...November 30th, we just now received the replacement for the broken section March 14. Originally was supposed to take a few weeks took months to get. Will not be buying from them...
Read moreI don’t normally do reviews but this upset me. I had received a call from my wife to come and pick up a dresser she had purchased. We have always bought our furniture from this place, but we pick it up, take it home, and unbox it and immediately notice it’s damaged. Before I do anything else, I call the store and asked if there was anything we can do. Heather, the rep who answered the phone who lacks customer service, goes on to tell us there is nothing that can be done other than driving the dresser back and picking up a new one. Which is and should’ve been just fine, but her demeanor and rude behavior was uncalled for. She proceeded to tell us things such as, “well we don’t make the furniture in the store” and “would you rather just return it and not have one?” These responses were given after explaining what had happened and our experience. Like I mentioned before, this is not our first or even our second time buying from this store and we have never had an issue like this before. Thankfully, Bridget, the manager, sorted things out with us and was very apologetic with the custom service we had received. Read moreAugust 8th of 2025, we walked into the showroom with intentions of buying a recliner. The staff looked at us but would not acknowledge us. after walking around for about 5 minutes a gentleman finally asked if he could help us and said he would be with us shortly. We looked at the recliners and after another 15 minutes we still were not waited on. At that point my wife and I decided it was time to go. I was in Sioux Falls on other business and thought it would be a good time to recliner shop as long as we were in town. I make my living as a mechanic so I wasn't dressed in my Sunday best but none the less was a customer. I'm suspecting that my appearance made us less than desirable customers. Who knows? Oh well, we then went to Unclaimed Freight where they were more than happy to wait on us and about a half hour later purchased a beautiful recliner! That will be our first stop next time we...
