We went into a store on Silverbell to switch our service. That store didn't get one of our numbers ported over and we were having problems with the account. So today we went to the new Verizon store operated by TCC. We met Shelby Cooper-Dixon. Shelby gave us 5 star service. She was extremely patient, very professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Not the biggest store but THEE best customer service. Shelby helped me find wasteful spending in my plan, helped me lower my bill with a problem that I've had for a while, and even helped me return 1 of the 2 internet boxes that I didn't end up needing. Lowered my bill by like $150. If you want top notch customer service go see my girl Shelby at this location. 10 out of 10...
