I had been troubleshooting an issue with my PC for a while and thought I had it narrowed down, but no other place seemed able to fix it, especially not quickly. After some searching, I came across this business. Their website caught my attention, so I decided to give them a try. Even though they were closed at the time, I called anyway, and to my surprise, the owner picked up. He was kind enough to chat with me while he was on his way in, offered a few suggestions, and we agreed to talk more in person.

When I arrived, I found a nice little shop with a welcoming atmosphere and prices that are truly unbeatable, perfect for both first-time PC buyers and people needing repairs. He took the time to fix my PC quickly and efficiently (we spent a good amount of time talking too, which shows how personable he is). On top of that, he even had custom-built PCs set up with games you can try out to see if they fit your needs. (Also he gives 3 month warranty.)

So I found Upgrade Gaming PCs yesterday, 5/12, while running some errands in town. I stopped in and asked Brandon if he'd be able to transfer all my mom's data from her old PC to her new one. He said it wouldn't be a problem. I took both in later and he took them and gave me an estimate of a day.
