Coco Plum on the Bay — Local services in Marathon

This place is truly a hidden gem in Marathon Key! We’ve stayed here twice now and loved every minute of it. The first time was extra special—we actually got married on the property! It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing Keys getaway. The house has everything you could want: a pool, kayaks, paddle boards, and a dock you can fish from. There are also plenty of games for both kids and adults—ping pong, cornhole, an arcade game, and tons of board games. It’s like your own private resort! The location is super convenient too—close to great restaurants, grocery stores, beach shops, and fishing charters. Everything is nearby, but the property still feels peaceful and private. The hosts are always friendly and helpful, and we honestly can’t wait to come back....

We just got home from another beautiful week at this gorgeous home. We have rented this home for a week for several years and we have made wonderful memories with our family and friends. The recent updates are beautiful...Anything you want to do can be done at this house. Boating (The dock is above average) kayaking, paddleboarding, bike riding, swimming pool, grilling out, ping pong, volleyball, beautiful sunsets, watching manatees and dolphins, these home owners have thought of everything. The house is well stocked with necessities..I can always reach the owner. She is so nice and accommodating.. We will continue to rent this house and make many more summer memories with our children. Just got home from a week at Coco Plum. Rented the house for all the amenities listed and being on an open bay as the views looked amazing. The house exceeded my expectations. It was clean, had everything in the listing, and more! Had a beautiful fire pit ( which we did not get too use as there was too much fun to be had doing other things! ) kayaks, paddleboards, a beautiful pool, grill, so many awesome seating areas outdoors to enjoy the view. The beds were so comfortable. I have the same one at home, so I know quality! We fished from the dock everynight, saw manatees at the dock every day.
