Went in yesterday bc i heard AMAZING things about this place. Walked in waited about 30 minutes to an hour which she did tell us and it was fine. After waiting, i showed the color i wanted hoping to be helped but they told me to pick the color myself. didn’t get asked what shape i wanted, they picked it for me. I had a design i wanted on one of my fingers which it was a simple initial. She tried 1 time to do the design and said “i can’t do it, your nail is too small”, which i got acrylics to make my nails longer. After getting a better look after i left they are THICK, chunky in some places, and they didn’t get all of one of my nails. I completely understand if you have appointments, but i feel they should take time for all their customers/ clients. I was very happy with the service here! Benny and Kelly always do an amazing job and their hard work is very evident. Their whole family is very kind and they put a lot of love into what they do. I got gel both times I visited and I wasn't disappointed! The nails were super cute and I was comfortable throughout the whole process. 10/10...
