Margaret Mexican
Our dining experience at Margaret Mexican was elevated by the attentive service provided by Pancho, our waiter. He demonstrated exceptional hospitality throughout our visit!!
The dishes were tastefully presented yet also catered perfectly to our table's preferences, thanks to Pancho's adeptness at anticipating our needs. We started with an assortment of cheese sauce, chips, and guacamole, setting a promising tone for the evening.
The drink menu impressed with its variety of margaritas; traditional, mango, and guava flavors, each expertly crafted and refreshing. They have more, and I shall have to investigate each at a later date.
The restaurant boasts ample parking, a serene ambiance enhanced by gentle summer breezes & pleasant background music. The interior was impeccably tidy, complemented by clean, wheelchair-accessible bathrooms.

Read moreAte here 4-5 times and decided it just isn't very good both in terms of food or service.
They brought out cold fajitas once - the plate wasn't sizzling so I looked at the person and said "why isn't it sizzling?" she just gave me a mean glance and walked away. The meat was sparse and super hard to chew. Mostly just a pile bell peppers. Really really upsetting.
Another time I didn't see the waiter for almost the whole meal. No drinks, no refills, etc... They just slid by and left the check on the table without saying anything. That was weird.
Food is bland at best. Prices seem overly high (you could go to a high-end Mexican restaurant for the same price). Margaritas are weak and have too much sugar in them. The fish tacos suck really bad ( They need to lookup a real recipe on that ). The draft beer or beer glasses taste funky like something needs to be cleaned. There interior is wrecked. The bathroom is wrecked.
I can keep going but you get the idea.
I live 2 minutes from this place and refuse to eat here. That's all you should...
Read moreThe customer service and food I've always enjoyed, and I don't mind an honest mistake or confusion for an incorrect order. They were even happy to correct said mistake.
With that said, I really didn't enjoy being corrected on how to order a specific item when it's the exact wording I used to order, and she even admitted she took it incorrectly. I still felt like I had to apologize and just say my bad. That maybe I did it wrong. The new food was brought out, it was correct like I usually always order, and she then explained how it's supposed to be ordered. I was like..."Ok, I understand that, but that is how I ordered it, but I'm sorry." Just didn't enjoy how that made me feel. I wasn't trying to give them a hard time.. I didn't want it explained back to me like I made the mistake when I said the same thing I always have. It was embarrassing.
Eating in the restaurant has always been great, but I won't be back for a while. However,...
