This store is located in Marianna Fl, 32446. The store is full of awful employees who have the worst attitudes. They act like they don’t want to work there. The woman named dixie who yelled me and my family acts like she’s the manager and runs the place. The so called manager does not manage. instead lets the worst employee i’ve seen be rude and unprofessional to customers. She threw out claims that were untrue and told me to take my business elsewhere which is exactly what i plan to do! i went straight to Rent A Center same day and was able to walk out with a couch, lamp, and tables. Maybe if the right unprofessional employee were fired after the multiple complaints i’ve read on google, this company would have more business. But i am not the only one with issues with certain people here and that shows a lot about this business! If she were to explain the claims she threw at me, i would be more understandable however telling me to leave and go somewhere else while speaking with a loud and obnoxious attitude. also having a child unsupervised in part of the store watching the display TVs while standing around display bunk beds is unsafe and highly unprofessional. Stay away from this store. Insane customer service. Alexis was very nice and professional however the woman named Dixie threw unexplained and rude claims with an attitude. will never receive my family’s or friends business. she also flew around the corner clearly wanting to step into my face and acting like she would’ve hit me if needed. i would’ve love the lawsuit. My mother is a heart patient and would have had a heart attack if anyone would have swung on my mother. I also have a 12 year old sister who was treated like trash. and watched my mother be insulted. My mother has NEVER bought anything from Aaron’s through the store. If she were to buy, it would be from online. my mother has never called or cussed anyone out. she is is highly professional. Where should I start I wouldn't even give one star first the manager is the rudest person I've ever dealt with in costumer service she was rude the day I was in the store to purchase a washer and very un professional. And now I haven't even had my washer for a month and it's messing up I've had a loaner washer more than I've had the one that I'm buying so they take the loaner washer give me mine back that I'm buying and it's still broke so I have to go all weekend with no clean clothes no towels so come Monday Tuesday morning I call and I tell them that the washer is not working it's doing the same thing it was doing before my clothes are not clean is there anything that they can do to help me and she said the soonest that we can come pick your washer up will be Friday and it's Tuesday now I tell her well what am I going to do for clean clothes I don't have any clean clothes and I don't have transportation and she says you mean to tell me well first the lady that I was speaking with hung up on me and then when I got somebody else on the phone which was Dixie Ford the store manager she commits to telling me that I think there's nothing they could do for me and that I would have to wait till Friday and I said I can't wait till Friday I need clean clothes and she says you mean to tell me you don't have a stitch of clean clothes in your drawers I said ma'am you don't know my situation so then she tells me that she's disconnecting the call until I can calm down I never cussed at her All I was asking how am I supposed to clean my clothes you can't bring me the loaner that you had just took from me that was working fine and you bring me back a broke washer and they said that they would work when they left before left the store there's no way they washed a load of clothes in that washer before they left that store and...

I will never ever go back to Aaron's again.bc they tried to say I was due a payment after I done paid the on June 13,22 and the guy said I wasn't due again until July. But then there was lady showed up wanting a payment or my stuff and wanted to argue and then she called and spoke to the man and the manager lady.
