I walked in one day last week with hopes of finding replacement blades for my current mower. (As crazy as it sounds, these particular blades are currently almost nonexistent.) The first person I came in contact with was salesperson, Keith White. I filled Keith in on what I was looking for, and he walked me straight back to the parts counter, but to no avail. I already wasn’t exactly “happy” with my current, brand new zero turn and this unsuccessful hunt for replacement blades just made matters worse. Keith could tell I had a problem, and he never wavered from trying to solve it. I had a very successful sales career in the car business, and I’m somewhat critical of salespeople, regardless of product. Keith did everything right. “Why not just let me trade you out of this nightmare?”. For a minute, I didn’t even consider entertaining that. Fortunately, Keith is very knowledgeable of the products that he sells (and so genuinely believes in), but also the different buying options. (Special financing, cash incentives, etc…). All in all, he presented with an incredible product and a deal that would have been stupid to not take advantage of. Keith is the reason I now run a brand new Spartan RZ-C. He promised me that I could test this machine at the dealership before I bought it. I’ve never been more impressed with a mowers ability to cut. Full speed cutting tall stuff to an inch and a half with no stragglers and no bogging. That did it for me. I took it home and mowed my yard. Granted it’s day one, but as of right now, this thing is literally unbelievable!! Truly incredible buying and mowing experience. Read moreWorst Service Department I have ever dealt with in my 54 years of living. I’m sure these guys are all over a new sale but my tractor was used and was in their service department for almost 3 months.....told I was pushed back in getting it serviced three times because the owner put other customers in front of mine when they finally got it on the rack they never updated me on status......mechanics said they were always waiting on a call from mahindra before they new what to do next, three cylinder non computerized mechanical injectors and they still seemed over their head....finally told me it was repaired started it and ran great them heard a loud noise and they cant start it....after another month of them waiting to hear how to fix it from Mahindra in Texas the phone stopped ringing.....Now its an entire new staff and shop management, I paid 1k got my tractor back which was running a little better but smoking at start was told to change the glow plugs ( why they didn’t do that over the past three months was beyond me) was charged for oil and filters But the tractor was almost three qts low and never had been changed! Now the tractor wont even start. Love my mahindra but this is the worst service experience of my life and the new guys just wanted me gone out of their hair. I just cant believe how bad this service department was. Totally dropped the ball on everything possible. I would never buy anything that could need service from these guys. From the first time I stepped in the door until after I made my purchase several weeks later, I was continually provided with exceptional service and care. Keith assisted us in finding and purchasing the perfect mower for our needs. He was extremely knowledgeable about their products and the manufacturers. He met every question and concern with real, honest answers and we felt he took every opportunity to grow a relationship rather than make a quick sale.
