DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO TO FastlaneComputers Marianna worst customer service I've ever experienced. A couple days ago I dropped my phone and the front screen was cracked. I could still call,text,take pictures, and my phone was working fine just the screen was cracked. So I take it to this "establishment" and come back two hours later and the "manager" basically tells me while they were trying to fix it something else got damaged and now the screen won't turn on and I'd have to take it somewhere else to fix it and to have a good day. So mind you, my phone was working perfectly fine before I walked in...and now after leaving it with these people it won't even turn on. The owner sat there and argued that he wasn't liable for any damage that might happen while he tried to fix it and that he wasn't going to argue with me and to leave his store or he'd call the cops. This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with and these people obviously don't know what they are doing. I know a total of 5 people that have gone here and have come out with phones not fully working. I wasted my time and gas coming to this place so if do yourself a favor and stay away from this business and get someone that knows what they are doing before you waste your time on...

I went to fast lane to fix my Touch Bar on my MacBook pro. Got my computer back just to not even be able to use it without a charger. It will he fully charged but shuts down as soon as I take it off charge and will not turn on until connected to a charger. Not only that, the camera doesn't even work anymore and my keyboard doesn't have backlights anymore. My screen came back cracked. This computer was very expensive and I still had to pay $60 for him to basically mess up my computer worse than when I got it and is basically useless. My computer was getting me through high school and college. Now, my family has to fork out even more money because of his mistakes. Would not recommend this place if you don't want to get a broken...

I took my iPad here a week ago, provided the item as well as model number. I was told the screen repair would be 169.00. My iPad was working FINE when I dropped it off. Not glitching. Not exposed glass. Just a lot of hairline cracks. It functioned 100%. I told them to repair the iPad. Requested they order the replacement screen. A week later they call and say it’s going to be 220, they haven’t ordered the screen, and they’ve completely ruined my damn ipad to the point it cannot be used. Highly unprofessional. They don’t know what the hell they are doing. They know nothing about iPads. They know nothing...
