Megan has HORRIBLE customer service. I have been coming there for several years now and haven’t been there for a few months probably six or so because I found someone to ship it to us and it wasn’t an easy drive to make for us to come there. So I called today to speak to someone like I often had and asked if they were in stock and was treated terribly by a lady named Megan who claim to be the assistant manager. I would give it one star if it was just based off of this woman’s attitude. However because of previous Wonderful encounters with the rest of the store employees always helpful and even ordering and holding product for me to make the drive to pick it up I am going to do three stars. I wanted it to be noted that I was hung up on four separate times by this woman told that she would not tell me what was in stock. Ended up calling to Tallahassee Florida location which is affiliated with this location and he was so kind and called over there to ask her personally if they had any in stock and questioned why she wouldn’t tell me. She proceeded to lie to him and say I was asking about pricing and other things which was not true. I am so thankful for the helpfulness of the Tallassee employee store and I hope that I never have to go back to this location and encounter this woman again. Very disappointing for such a wonderful place to have to deal with somebody so...

I have returned to this store several times now. It is always clean and organized with a good selection. I have met both owners and they were friendly and helpful. They clearly want your business. It is a bit more $ in Florida compared to (Alabama and online)but It isn't the store, it is the Florida sin tax on tobacco products. It is more than most think. I believe I am a bit more aware and sensitive of pricing these days and I find myself comparing Alabama, Florida and online prices so I know what is most affordable. I will continue to shop here, good store and convenient, but I also shop Dothan when there and order online. I think we might go back to the backyard gardens for our veggies, tobacco and chicken coops for eggs before long. I really enjoy smoking and will keep on searching for my best deal. But I always try to shop at my local businesses and if it is only a minor difference I will always favor the personal service and convenient local stores. Plus I love the smell of fresh tobacco and seeing the new stuff. CBD, new vapes, pipes etc. Online will always be lacking...

My credit card info was stolen and shared a day or 2 after shopping here, cant prove it was them, so NOT SAYING IT WAS, however it's the only place that actually touched my credit card...if you don't swipe your card yourself then do not purchase...Anywhere. i read the owner response, please feel free to contact me to review that footage, what day did you review ? And no i did not have constant eyes on my credit card, they took it away from the counter and had it plenty of time while i was not paying attention to take a picture or whatever i did NOT SAY it happened there but i stand my ground on NEVER MAKE A PURCHASE AT A PLACE THAT YOU DO NOT SWIPE YOUR OWN CARD. AGAIN please confirm, what day did you review and when may i come in to review that...
