My boyfriend purchased a ring from here for Christmas and had it wrapped. When I opened it on Christmas, I noticed that one small stone was missing and the prongs were smashed. In addition to calling (more on that in a moment), I have accompanied my boyfriend to the store about five time and he has gone alone on five or so separate occasions to have this addressed. When we have called, no one picks up and there is no regular voice mail box. Instead, a very sketchy “you need an authorized code” message sounds.
