I totally agree with Tamaras review, like her my Daughter had put a dress on layaway and wasn't able to have the dress altered or pick it up. So not only is she heart broken about not having a prom now she's out the money that she put down on a dress that she never received or will wear. You are a small buisiness yes and were hit hard, but you don't take it out on your customers. Your no return or exchange policie is ok but we never received the item in question to return, just want the money back because there were no alterations done on the dress so you can resell it. As for your curbside pickup we tried a couple of times with no prevail. At this point I'm going to have to look at taking this further to get the money back, and I hope others will also look at that as a possibility to find some relief. Also I was impressed with the quantity and quality of merchandise that they carry to bring the experience of prom or homecoming Easy because they have so much merchandise it's almost a one stop shop. I love this boutique! They have such awesome items! And the staff is super friendly! But, I got a "Winter Glow" spray tan & it did not turn out well, AT ALL! I was supposed to get the "Hollywood" spray tan, but they were out of the solution. I really appreciated the staff booking me at the last min.! I will give their spray tan, one more try.
