Poor customer service and unwilling to work with customers. I received a Ronaldo bracelet for Christmas that was too small, unfortunately I live 3 hours away and have a 2 month old baby. As this was a gift, I have 2 days to exchange after Christmas since it was purchased in November. I called willing to pay the difference on a more expensive bracelet if I could have an extra week to exchange it in order to line up someone to watch my son so he wouldn’t have to travel 6 hours round trip.
