I would rate the service of this Sonic below quite a few others. The service is fast as expected but my problems all stem from staff. I pay patronage to this place quite a bit and I get rude annoyed looking carhops all the time. It mostly stems from when I pay before they get out there. It's my habit to tip in cash as working in the financial industry, I have seen many a time when that tip just seems to have magically grown. So with that said any change you might have coming back to you they will just say oh let me go get your change for you inside. They really want that tip let me tell you. Now to give you some history, carhops reported in Missouri make on avg approx 8 an hour it's not like waitress wages. Now if that coin belt is just for decoration I could understand but honestly don't treat people like they are ignorant and fake it till you make it attitude wise. Ordered a sonic blast online. Called up there to tell them they gave me a oreo shake instead of an oreo blast and Nikki said "well theres no difference between a shake and blast besides whipped topping and a cherry and the thickness." I have ordered blasts before and they arent blended ao much that it is thin and the icecream is brown. She didnt even offer to fix it. She said she would let "them" know. Ridiculous service.
