One of the best customer service stores I have been too. On our way to go camping to the James river our car broke down right in front of this store. The employees and owner were amazing. Offering us assistance in multiple different way. Being a extremely hot day the employees gave my boys some treats while the owner of the store and I try to figure out the car situations. After several different attempts to get the car to run, unfortunately we had to call in the tow truck. And after all this they even gave us a ride with all of our camping gear to the river. We had lumber delivered and the truck delivering did not come with the necessary equipment needed to haul to our location. We had over 4k lbs of lumber sitting on a dock with no way to transport it. After exhausting every resource we had could think of, we stopped here. Thank God we did. Dustin was immediately handling the situation and saving the day like it was just a normal day for him. He hopped right in his truck and went to work. I cant imagine what kind of outcome we would have had if it wasn't for him. It takes a special kind of person to go above and beyond, out of their way, to help people when they don't have to and it isn't part of their job...

HUGE SHOUT OUT to our own local farm and home store. Dustin ordered 100 bales of hay for us. However when the hay came in, my husband was in the middle of a serious episode of vertigo and was unable to drive. Tim voluntered to haul the hay to our home. Due to the nature of our driveway, this took 3 trips. When Dustin became available, he joined in and made sure the hay was put away.
