Dollar General — Local services in Crane

Crane dollar general is a lousy business. Upper management is a joke, they think they own the employees. The employees are super friendly, working in a harsh environment. The store gets so hot, I get dizzy and nauseous, just walking around for 10 minutes. They always seem to have issues with the dg app as well. Its no wonder they have so many lawsuits against them. Both registers barely work, and it's been that way for months. They use an outdated system. I have no issues with the employees, just how District managers run the store. It'd be great to see some changes in store, such as the temperature of the store, updated systems, and respect for customers and employees. I don't want to discourage anyone from shopping there, but at the same time, dollar general needs to take care of the ones actually putting the work in.
