In February of 2018 I went into the Alexandria store where I was told I was eligible for an upgrade through their BOGO Buy one get one free promotion. So I chose to add purchase a new line for my daughter and upgrade to the iPhone X. It seemed too good to be true, and it was! Almost a year later and after submitting the request for my rebate at least 4 times I have been denied by Verizon. The store took my iPhone 6s, which was in perfect condition and no one could explain why they took my phone and only actually gave me a $40 credit for accessories instead of the promotion. After speaking with Richard he told me the store didn’t load the BOGO promotion properly, but he has repeatedly failed to correct the issue as promised. He text me saying now it’s my word against an employee that has since left the store. The fact remains that I was told I qualified for the buy one get one promotion, but they are not honoring the agreement and I’ve been stuck with paying for 2 iPhones. I have no words for the treatment I have experienced. I hope no one goes through what I have...
Read moreMy husband went in this store in October of last year we purchased 2 phones and service plans that went well. We returned the phones and cancelled the plans the same day as we had changed our minds and were refunded what we had paid down. A month later we received a bill for th amount of the phones. Called the store and were told to ignore the bill. Received another bill the next month called the store again they said call customer service we did they said don’t worry about bill they could see that we didn’t ow anything. A few months later the supposed amount for the phones that they are now saying we owe for has been sent to collections and places In-N-Out credit report. We have called the sto multiple times even speaking with the sales person Montoya T and were told the manager would call us even though she looked it up and said she has the receipt proof of us returning phones. This has been an 8 month ordeal that we are going to have to take to small claims court just to get it...
Read moreWarning: This is not a Verizon store, but a Verizon Authorized Dealer. They're an independent company and they'll try to sell you non-Verizon services without making the distinction clear.
When I switched from an iPhone to a Samsung Galaxy S4, these guys told me the insurance policy I had on my iPhone wouldn't cover the Samsung, so they sold me their own insurance. Some time later I discovered I was being billed for both the Verizon insurance that they had transferred from my iPhone as well as the pointless insurance this store sold me. When confronted about it, the very same guy who sold me the plan in the first place lied and told me he had actually said something different about the Verizon insurance, but he offered no explanation for why he got me on the hook for both charges.
Unless you plan to look over your shoulder a lot, stay away...
