The Express — Local services in Marksville

This carwash in Marksville is the WORST! I had a subscription for the best package they had, but I’m cancelling now. I would give zero stars if I could. The carwash tore up the passenger side of my 2017 Chevy Tahoe, which was previously in excellent condition and low miles. The carwash broke down and we were told/had to back out of it. They supposedly fixed it then pulled us through and then it scratched the passenger side from bumper to bumper and dented the door. We were told they do not cover any vehicle over 5 years of age. So everyone be ware…if your vehicle is older than 5 year, even in excellent condition, and damaged in their carwash, you WILL be stuck with the bill! From what I see, their carwash is broken down every time I am in town. That says alot about the business. I WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN! I’ve heard great things about the carwash at Chevron in Marksville. I think I will...

We just drove to LA from NC, and at one point on our trip we got stuck behind a chicken truck that was raining chicken juice (or something, Perdue!) out of the back of the truck onto our van.

We decided very quickly we wanted to wash our van, and spotted The Express. It was our first time using a car wash like The Express on the van. Tammy was very friendly and helpful with explaining the differences between the wash options. It doesn't take long, maybe 2-3 minutes from start to finish. If you're wanting a quick wash for your vehicle, this is a solid choice if you're looking for one in the area.

P.S. If you're a Honda Odyssey owner, make sure to flip your side mirrors in if you have that option, as we discovered they can go every which-a-way when the car wash...

Horrible customer service! You cannot get a person on the phone. You apparently must cancel membership through their website, which makes it extremely hard. All the while, they pop my credit card every month. This is infuriating!

Update: As of April 21, I changed my credit card to prevent future charges since I was having a very hard time getting someone to talk to on the phone. That was April 21. Today- May 21, my new credit card was charged! This is fraudulent in my opinion. How did they get my new credit card number?
