Taco Bell — Restaurant in Marlette

So first, the girl at the counter was nice. I was reading the menu behind the register, and she told me to use the kiosk behind me. I tried couldnt find what i was looking for. So i turn round to the register, and she asks if im ready to pay. Im like, no, i haven't placed an order yet. She says i have to order from the kiosk. I said you didn't say that at all. So i said im not using that. I'll just place my order with you." She comes around to the kiosk and starts teaching me how to do her job. I said, "You dont have to teach me how to use this, i dont eat here enough to learn how to do this job. She kindly places the order. I pay cash. The order comes up, and im looking everywhere for a spoon for the pinto and cheese. So i ask her, Hey, they only have forks over there. Can i get a spoon. I didnt kno how to reply to that level of idiotic reasoning. So im to eat soft soupy beans with a fork? I returned them. And after all that, the burito was mostly shell. I won't go back. Idk if all TB's are this ridiculous, but this was such a waste of time and money for...

I had the worst experience ever this morning when we did our online order we went to Taco Bell this morning. All we ordered were a breakfast crunch wrap 4 burritos 4 hash brown and 4 drinks and that was it. There were no other customers there at all just us. We were instructed to drive around to the mobile order parking space where we waited for about 25 minutes for our food... The employees smirked and laughed when I said something about them taking so long. The worst part is the hash browns were soggy and disgusting the burritos were nasty all the bacon was fatty and all the meat tasted off. Everything was bad nothing was eatable. Total waste of 30 bucks! Thanks for ruining my Father's day. I will not be returning there ever again. I think the people should boycott this place! Management needs to be re-educated how to work properly! I have never seen a slower FAST food restaurant...

Average Taco Bell service was a bit long for pre ordering online through the app also for a newer facility there was outdoor damage as someone ran into building a giant corporation you'd think would be able to repair as fast as possible food was great but for fast food online ordering discounts eceserdre I do not feel Taco Bell for 2 people should cost $20-$30 Dollars. Went here 2 days in a row closest fast food near sons baseball tournament both times $22 n change and $24 n change for four to five items at this point it's debatable to just go to a mom n pop restaurant but of course especially one day being a Sunday mom n pop shops have limited hours! None the less good Taco Bell...
