I’ve been here before while pregnant but apparently the Dr they had on staff is not able to treat a pregnant woman who is sick. I came in unsure what was going on. I was in pain. I’m 20 weeks along. I get sent to a room to SIT there. After 40 mins passed I told my husband I want to leave. Not a single staff member came in. I laid there with no blanket. No one checked my heart, blood pressure or even my temperature. My husband stepped out of the room and there was the dr and 3 staff members in a circle giggling! After he said we were leaving the dr came in to inform me she wasn’t comfortable treating me and that I needed to go by ambulance to Beaumont! She didn’t know what was even wrong with me! She left the room to make a call. I got dressed and we went to leave and they tried to stop me! You aren’t going to treat me, just wasted 40 mins that I could have been to Beaumont already, then told me to drive to Lapeer who also doesn’t have an OB. It’s extremely pathetic and unacceptable that a trauma ER dr is not capable of examining a 20 week old patient. I was treated at Beaumont for dehydration and a severe headache. And this er drs wanted me to go by ambulance. We will NEVER...

I just spent 3 days in the hospital! The staff made my stay as comfortable as they possibly could, they were very prompted with everything I needed, I never had to wait long for anything.. they were all very friendly and didnt keep me up all night by coming in and poking at me, for this being only the 3rd time I have ever had to stay in the hospital I am pleased with my care.. now I rated it at a 4 because the kitchen on the other hand needs lots of improvements, first day I ordered french toast and sausage, I got pancakes, hashbrowns and toast with mixed berry jelly which I am allergic to strawberries so they could of actually killed me if I didnt pay attention, it took 3 times to get the right food, it was cold when I did get it, every meal was cold, a couple meals I couldnt even tell what it was.. the ice cream I tried was so old it tasted awful, I was not pleased with the kitchen at all, had to order out every meal.. back to the staff, I hope they enjoyed the cupcakes my boyfriend and I got for them for taking such...

I was in the Emergency Room with a loved one and couldn't get a hold of family because I didn't have service on my phone. I asked the staff there and they said the hospital didn't have WIFI? What hospital doesn't have WIFI in 2020??? When my loved one was treated even though my family had no idea where we were or what was going on, I still wanted to stop by and see another loved one in Hospice but I didn't want to just stop by; but again I couldn't get my messenger to work because there wasn't internet service in a HOSPITAL. I will think twice about going there for a TRUE emergency if I can't contact my loved ones if my phone is going to not be reliable. Another thought...I think I read every poster & pamphlet on the wall & shelf while waiting; our phones also distract and calm us down while waiting for what seems like very...
