EDIT: HE ENDED UP HAVING A STROKE! Jessica and Fonda are ALWAYS rude on the phone. We have tried calling for my dad for two different things the past three weeks due to ER and Fonda hung up on my sister and Jessica was rude to both my sister and I and made us feel as small as ants for asking QUESTIONS!
