Otasco — Local services in Marlow

I went to Otasco on advice from a man who worked elsewhere. When I called I was told that they possibly had the part in stocks, after a phone call and looking at all the numbers on my mower I was told she had it in the store stock. I drove to Marlow from Duncan and I brought the handle the part needed to fit. Not only did Mike put the part in the handle for me but after the story of my fight to take it apart( of course it needed a star bit or screwdriver) Mike handed me one of his star driver. He said he had a lot of them. I will be getting more when I need this type of item from Otasco great people...

Don't take any warranty work to this business. We were told they could do the work on our small mower so we dropped it off. Come back to get it they charged us for the work saying 1 they didn't think it would be covered (but admitted to not even trying) and 2 said we could try but we would be on the phone for 2 hours. I wanted to visit this store to enquirer about a part for my lawnmower. I tried to call beforehand but the call was not answered. I drove from Duncan to Marlow to visit the store based on the reviews online. I arrived at 12:53pm on a Wednesday to find the store closed. The face book page indicated they were open and the sign on the storefront clearly shows hours of operation from 08:00am-05:00pm. No “be back soon” or “out to lunch” signage posted.
