I went through them to get my permanent jewelry starter kit before knowing much about the permanent jewelry world. The first kit they sent me was missing a few things that I had to go out of my way and purchase myself, and my welder had all the wires torn out of it and would not work. I put this aside and figured it was an honest mistake. After a lot of back and forth I finally got them to send me a new machine, but had to pay $50 in shipping to send my old machine back. The new welder (Jupiter welder) welds, but my experience, along with many others, has been not very great and borderline dangerous. I have shocked myself multiple times on it, had exposed wires come out of the machine and shock me, and I had a client feel the electric current which was my final straw. Not to mention, the training which I paid a lot of money for helped me none. The settings they recommend are way too high for the machine, the permanent jewelry Facebook group taught me so much more and helped me get my business running. That being said, I have now had to get rid of all my materials from this company, and invest another few thousand dollars in another machine & materials that are actually safe and work. This is not the first I have heard of others having bad experiences with this company, I would recommend finding someone else...

The initial purchase and training were good. They advertise in their training the benefits of the auto darkening screen and magnifier. I fell for it. I purchased it and just plugged it in and quickly realized it was not going to work for me, because of the field of vision I wear bifocals. I tried to return it, at first they said they could, but was then told they couldn’t do that because, “We talked to our vender and we are unable to process a refund for this order since this was a wholesale purchase and we don’t mark these up at all.” They never said there was a no return policy or that it was wholesale(whatever that means) just that it was on sale.
