Great experience! Not very crowded 10/2/21. CASH OR CHECKS ONLY... Lots of spots from front to back of property. (We parked and sat by consseison stands and thats also where restrooms are located) They have Bluetooth speakers you can ask for one at payment gate.( they do have sound throughout the lot but, speakers are only by consseison stand and restrooms) They link up to movie or you can tune your vechile radio to 88.1 if you choose to sit in your vechile. Very nice restrooms. Ladies has 3 stalls 1 handicap accessible larger stall for wheelchair. (Husband said tight fit for a man's wheelchair. Mens bathroom he said 1 stall). Consseison stand has so much to choose from. Popcorn, hamburger, cheeseburger, hotdogs, frito pie, nachos, cotton candy, soda, frozen lemonade (Yum), water and its all affordable! Seen nothing over 6$. Concessions stand has a walk up window or a online order on their website available. (We did both). Website, easy you pick what you want submit with name, email and telephone #. They text that number when food is ready. (They will not stop you from bringing in a cooler or your own snacks they just prefer you purchase from them to help support Nenda Drive-in.) BRING YOUR OWN CHAIRS/BLANKETS. There is no outdoor seating besides what you bring. Suggested go about 15 Mins early gate opened at 630 (October) and we where 10th car in line. Park on side of grass by the school to wait for opening. If you drive in (they ask you to leave and end of line) (seen 3 vechiles have to exit while waiting) What we got: we went a night of a double feature. Meaning we watched Addams Family 2 and Jungle Cruise for the price of one entry fee. YES this meant for a long night, movie started at 730 for us and a drive of 1.5 hour home. But for 2 adults and 2 kids under 12 we got 16$ for both. WORTH IT! The view is great while waiting for sun to go down. (We had lighting all around and that was beautiful as well) Kids and us loved it. It was a chilly night glad we brought a blanket and hoodie. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! VERY CLEAN PROPERTY AND SUPER NICE STAFF. Great...
Β Β Β Read moreVery bad now days I would have given negative stars if it allowed but it doesn't that is why it only gets one star. Used to be a very fun family friendly place to go hang out and enjoy but over the years it has went way down hill. They allow drug smoking alcohol drinking men that hit women and gang up on others. They refuse to listen to all side of a situation! I've always heard there is 3 sides to every story, the 2 different sides and 3 side (the truth) that you get after you talk to both sides and witness! They expect you to be able to go up to the conession stand to report problems when you are a woman tied against your vehicle by 3 men you don't know in your face spitting in your face and puting hands on you! Then they won't even listen to your side of the story or talk to any witnesses that were around they talk to the ones the was drinking and smoking drugs and take their side this place sucks now and me and my family and friends will never step foot on their place of business...
Β Β Β Read moreWe came from northeast LA to north AR to canoe the Buffalo River and decided to spend an evening at the Kenda Drive In Theater. My brother and my granddaughter had never experienced a drive in movie. We saw the Incredibles 2 (there was a double feature but we only stayed for the first movie) and the whole experience was great- movie and sound quality, price, friendly staff, etc... But the best thing of all was the family atmosphere. We arrived well over an hour ahead of time and families were sitting on blankets and in lawn chairs, music playing on the PA system so little kids were jumping around and dancing, teens doing cartwheels, "hanging out" and throwing a football around, dogs smiling, tail-wagging, and fetching balls. It was awesome to see people come together and enjoy the evening in the open air and acting normal. There was no cussing, fighting, sagging, doping, drinking, arguing, or acting a fool. Nicest public experience we've had in...
