Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Marshall

Leaving a 2 star because of a reoccurring problem I have at Sonic that today caused me particular inconvenience. When I order coffee, iced coffee in particular and ask for them to "put 4 sweeteners in the coffee" they say they will but never do and instead bring me a few sweeteners out with the coffee. Usually not a big deal but today I ordered 3 large iced coffees and specifically asked for 4 sweeteners in each coffee and they said they would but instead brought me 6 sweeteners out with the coffee. Since I'm in a hurry I just asked for a few more and attempted to do it myself. I ended up pouring an entire large coffee all over my car and phone trying to put them in the cup and stir it. The carhop was very nice and got me some napkins but now I have to clean coffee stains out of my car and replace my phone, making that the most expensive and time consuming coffee of my life. I'll still be going there but hopefully someone reads this and the employees can be bothered to actually add sweeteners to the coffee when asked to before it arrives at my car.

We drove all the way from Western Grove to get sonic, instead of going to Harrison like we normally do! We ordered $51 worth of food! I checked the bag, looked like all the food was there! The number of items was correct,so we left! Got home, which is a 40 minute drive, and my burrito, which I asked for extra cheese on, didn't have extra cheese! And we had ordered 2 number 1 cheese burgers and didn't get either! Got another toaster sandwich and a chicken sandwich with ketchup only! I called and talked to the manager on duty and let her know I wanted my money back because this is the second time this has happened! She told me to come back ! I drove the 40 minute drive AGAIN, just to get there and her tell me she could only give me half my money because it was such a big order and would mess up their inventory if I didn't bring all the food back! We will NEVER BE RETURNING TO THIS...

!!WOW!! Other Sonic Drive in’s take note. I appreciate the extra time money and space this sonic drive-in has provided for customer restrooms. Not only are the restrooms clean, elegant, and easily accessible. At this sonic drive and you do not feel like you’re trespassing to use the restroom. There is a nice tinted commercial glass door to access the four-year to the restrooms. Each restroom is tiled with very nice ceramic tile with nice fixtures. I very much appreciate while traveling long-distance is to find a sonic like this. I stop at almost every sonic because I love their drinks . This one by far has the absolute best restroom set up that invites their customers to stop over and over again. Thank you Son at driving out of Marshall Arkansas. You are the best of the best.
