Marshall Floral LLC — Local services in Marshall

Wow Faith in humanity restored!! This past week I had placed an order from Marshall Floral. Problem was I thought I was ordering flowers to Marshall, MN not Marshall, Mo. Yikes. The gentleman that took my order called me when he realized that I had order in the wrong state to explain, which was completely my own fault for calling the wrong florist. That worker from Marshall, MO florist then went out of his way while I sat on a delayed plane at the airport and he called the other florist in Marshall, MN and made sure my order was made with the right florist using the money I had already given him which he really didn't have to do. This impresses me so much because at the end of the day I was rushing and called the wrong florist and it should have cost me the $** I payed for their service, time and gas spent taking it to the wrong address, well right address but wrong state.. Most strangers and companies wouldn't have went further and used the money I paid them and made sure my order made it in another state when they gain zero dollars from it. Don't see that a lot anymore so I highly recommend...

Flowers didn't even look like the picture online -- not only in color but in quantity as well; my mother does similar work and COVID is not an excuse for this. My bf ordered a month ago and paid for next-day delivery; the flowers didn't get here until three days later. His card wasn't charged until 2 WEEKS LATER! Us being college students, he didn't have $120 available 2 weeks later when he should've been charged that night or at least the next business day and he felt like this service was not worth $120 so he didn't pay up until a month later. Mind you, I had no idea this was happening as we are long-distance right now. Awful services and presentation. He had bought me a tiny bouquet 2 years ago from here and it was cute! Don't know...

Purchased flowers online for next day delivery. Got an error message from website @ the end of the order.

Wasn't sure if order even went through.

I Called the next morning, left message with answering service. Florist called back (didn't leave a voicemail)....what business calls to answer a question and doesn't bother to leave a VM?

So, at that point I wasn't sure what was going on.

I got a call from the flower recipient asking if I'd sent flowers because "No Card Was Delivered With Flowers"!!!! (I filled out a card online with the order).

I called the florist back and got the answering service again.
