I was specifically looking for a local place that did alterations, someplace close to home and not a huge big chain wedding dress shop. Lisa Marie's popped up on Google and after giving them a call I had my first appointment on the books within a week, it's like I'd found the glass slipper of the alterations world. The best part was that even if it was busy, there were jewelry pieces, bags, gifts, scarves, everything you could imagine to look through while you waited.
