I give this facility one star. We rented the hall for my husband's 40th birthday party. Donna was not nice from the beginning. Extremely rude when she gave me the contract. We had the party, cleaned the hall. Just found out they cashed my cleaning deposit. I sent Donna a message asking why. She sends me pictures of the floors. The floors look awful. They were not that way when we left. Our family has rented the hall several times. I will not rent it again and will not recommend it to anyone. Other family members complained of Donna in the past. I'm riding the Katy Trail and saw a sign at the trailhead saying there's camping at the ballpark. At the ballpark there were names and numbers to call for bathroom access. Both people I called got back to me right away and came by to unlock the bathrooms. So for $5 I got a great place to camp, access to bathrooms with showers and power. We were bikepacking on the Katy Trail and used this establishment as a campground. It is a committee park right off the trail with restrooms and showers which, tho they facilities are old, they are somewhat kept up and we're appreciated. The area around the ballfields and pavilion are used as primative campsites and electricity is available closeby. Don Sherman was a friendly "host" and showed us around.
