Katy Trail - Marthasville Trailhead — Attraction in Marthasville

Bathrooms are showing signs of wear and tear. Needs some TLC! Outside, trail was in good condition. There's a couple of restaurants catty-corner from the trailhead, a ball field, and city parks nearby. Overall, a cute little Trailhead. Not a lot of parking, but a decent size. During my visit on 7/9, the Dutzow Trailhead 3 miles to the east was where everyone seemed to be. Highly recommend going off the trail halfway to Dutzow to visit Daniel Boone Burial Site and Monument, or maybe visit the Lake Creek Winery at the top of the hill for...

Free camping next to historic log cabin. Some people had voiced that there was a charge to use the showers and that a citizen was trying to charge for camping at the FREE PUBLIC park. Don't let this guy scam you out of $5. We didn't encounter him, yet the katy trail forums...
