Rented here for a year. I cannot tell you how awful they are here. First day we showed up to our apartment I was already having issues with the nest. We moved there from Colorado. They were not willing to let us pick up our keys a day early since we had to get back to colorado to begin our move. Lease was already signed, deposit given and they still wouldn't work with us on key pick up by one day. We rented a 4 bed with them. They would not allow us to use our 4th room as a guest room for company coming to visit without a third person on the lease to "claim occupancy" for the guest room. Which I found odd considering I signed a lease for a 4 BEDROOM but was not allowed to use it at me discretion. First day we showed up the place was FILTHY. Roaches all over the house inside the kitchen cabinets. Floors had a thick layer of black dust all over it. The painters got paint all over the floors and counters. Stove and kitchen appliances had old food stuck to them. It took me almost a week to get the place clean enough to be able and begin even moving in. We then discovered a brown recluse infestation. When I reported it they didn't believe me and requested I show them proof. We'll o go home grab my traps that are FULL of them to show them. Still they didn't do anything. Eventually I was bit by one on my collar bone. Ended up at the hospital and again went back to the nest and told them if something wasn't done and one of my small children were bit bc they refuse to take care of the infestation I would contact my attorney and have the issue dealt with. They responded by telling my husband and I we could pay the 200$ to have the issue taken care of. Sometime went by and with more tenants complaining about how bad the infestation was the nest FINALLY bombed the attic bc what do you know that's where the brown recluse nest was. Needless to say renting with the nest and skyhawk rentals I'm general is a NO go. Trust me you will run into multiple issues with this place. They are unprofessional and still treat their residents as if it is students living. My advice they should go back to soley student living bc this is no place...
Read moreKim has been fantastic in helping me. From basic information, filling out application, keeping me informed to signing the lease. If she didn’t have the information I wanted she would get me the information. Not “whenever “ she got around to it, but immediately. She has been professional and very pleasant.
The whole staff have been exemplary. Insuring a stress free experience of finding an apartment and moving in.
The apartment may be a little outdated. But they insured everything worked and was thoroughly cleaned before I moved in. The grounds are well kept. The exercise room is loaded with so many different machines and equipment. The pool is HUGE, and different depths. I intend to use it every day.
Bottom line… I am EXTREMELY happy with everything I have...
Read moreThis may be a bit premature because I don't live here yet, but I will be in less than 2 weeks, so why not? But Andrew has made the beginning process incredibly painless. I greatly appreciate the lengths he's gone to to ensure my son and I have a place to relocate to. Andrew has answered all questions and has given much information during the walk-through that allows this out-of-state move to go forward. Having a kiddo on the spectrum can be daunting whilst moving and going into a new home. But Andrew has eased my son's concerns without even knowing it. And for that, I thank you muchly. You sir, are...
